The main body of Mezzaluna kneepads consists of a PVC shell cover, Oxford plus SBR/polyamide fabric, EVA foam, and synthetic lining. The EVA foam provides extra comfort. And two straps with magic tapes to fix the kneepads around the legs.

Mezzaluna has been subject to an EU-type examination by the notified body no. 2777 SATRA Technology Europe Ltd. The CE mark on these signifies respect for the essential requirements of European Regulation No. 2016/425 regarding Personal Protective Equipment being Type 1 (independent from another garment).

The kneepads must be placed outside the trousers and attached. They are designed to provide limited protection of the wearer’s knees against impact injury and padding for extended kneeling. 

About the size, it is one size fits all and has adjustable straps, sizing based on a waist size of 100cm. The service life is at least two years; although this may vary, users should inspect the product before every use.

Applications: Construction, maintenance, flooring, landscaping, mechanics, and carpentry.

The level 1 Knee protectors are suitable for use on flat or non-flat floor surfaces & protect against penetration at a force of at least (100 + 5) N.
